About Me
Many adults today feel a quiet (or not-so-quiet) distress. The sociopolitical climate feels unstable. Cultural expectations feel confusing or constricting. Relationships feel strained. You may feel grief for the world, disillusionment with institutions, or uncertain about your place in it all.

At the same time, something deeper may be stirring — a longing for purpose, authenticity, spiritual depth, or a more integrated sense of self.
Therapy can be a place where this is not pathologized — but understood.

I offer Psychotherapy for adults navigating sociopolitical stress, midlife transition, and psychospiritual awakening — integrating somatic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy/Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (CBT/DBT), and Jungian depth psychology.

Therapeutic Approach
My approach integrates:

Somatic therapy – Helping you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and work through trauma or chronic stress.

CBT & DBT skills – Practical tools for managing emotions, thoughts, and interpersonal effectiveness.

Jungian-oriented depth psychology – Exploring dreams, shadow material, archetypes, and the deeper layers of identity and meaning.

While I am not yet a certified Jungian analyst, my work is informed by Jungian theory and the transformative power of symbolic and unconscious material.
